College students and credit. With the new changes in credit card regulations students will find it more difficult to get a credit card.

 

Having a credit card early and using it wisely gives students an opportunity to establish credit or to establish bad habits. Though all too often students used cards as a way of establishing bad habits.

 

Credit card companies will not be able to set up shop on campus when the new regulations take effect, cards will still be marketed to students, and a cosigner will be needed.
