    Invest like you Eat

    By Daphne | March 24, 2008

When investing in a 401(k) make sure that the majority of your investments are not in your company’ sown stock. This doesn’t mean that you will avoid losing money but this is a key rule of investing - diversify.

Even in this turbulent market with difficult economic news coming every day… having all of your money in one place is not the best thing to do. Don’t invest all of your money in cash products, commodities, or stock related investments.

Your investments should be like your diet - including a variety of things for the best health.
